Volumes
Persistent disk for any paid web app: uploads, SQLite, app data that has to survive a deploy.
Pick a size up to 50 GB, billed hourly. 10 GB is €1.50 a month.

Volume snapshots (€0.05/GB-month stored) aren't included, because they depend on how much your data changes. New accounts get €3.49 of credit with no card, or €14.99 when you add one.
